It's early, you got up late and you are running out of time again to hit the gym. Why not roll out of bed and do a quick session in your living room? 20 minutes is better than nothing and it will be a great way to start your day, as well as wake you up. All you need is the timer off your phone and some water!
Here is your 20 minute workout of the day:
20 squats
20 lunges
10 push-ups
Repeat 3x
10 Jump squats
15 Triceps dips(use a coffee table)
20 crunches
Repeat 3x
TABATA TRAINING
Burpees and jump lunges, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. Go through these two exercises until you have done eight rounds in total. Use your timer.
20 Bicycles
Plank 30 seconds
Mountain climbers 30 seconds
Repeat 3x
Done!
