The District of West Kelowna offers a 12 team Adult Recreational Hockey League for players aged 19 and older to play hockey at a moderately competitive level. The league is divided into 2 divisions of 6 teams. Each team plays 24 regular season games. There are 4 games played on Sundays and 2 games played on Mondays. The top 4 teams in each division make the playoffs. The playoff schedule includes 2 rounds of a best of 3 series. There is no body checking in this league but slap shots are permitted. There is no online registration for this program.
