Bob Purdy is the “Standup PaddleSurfing, Elder in Training” from “Paddle for the Planet”, and has been paddling his Standup PaddleSurfer every day since January 1, 2011 to “Change the Way we live on the Planet”, one paddle at a time. He is also founder of “World Paddle for the Planet Day”, a global initiative to send a “Wave of Change” around the World. TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ATWWW.DCDPRODUCTIONS.CA  Sponsored by BACARO AND POWER 104.7 Artist Lisa Rummel will be showcasing her amazing painting for sale as well CBO Foundation of Canada is a proud sponsor of The Paddler movie as it fits into it's goals of changing the way the world views plastic waste. Visitclearblueoceans.org and discover the CBO Action Plan that offers a viable solution for reversing the growing trend of ocean plastic waste by collecting and converting this waste back into oil. Come join us for an evening of fun and watch The Paddler Movie starring local Bob Purdy. The event starts with drinks and socizialing at the Kelowna Community Theatre at 6pm followed up with prize give away from our partners and sponsors. The movie is about an hour long, after the film the audience will head over to Bacaro for an after party a few blocks away.
