Free Meditation Classes for Kids
Parents, you come and take a yoga class and in the room right next door we will teach mindfulness classes to your child. Parents pay regular rate to take yoga and the mindfulness class for your child is FREE. Saturday 1-2 PM (Hatha Wave 2 for parents and Mindfulness for 5-8 year olds); Saturday 2:15 PM - 3:15 PM (Vinyasa Flow for parents and Mindfulness for 9-12 year olds). Sign-up online. Starts this Saturday, Sept 27th.
