What do you always find yourself saying?
You pay for your success with all your defeats.

If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select and why?
David Bowie. He is a creative machine that has produced a body of work that has changed the way music, pop culture and art is perceived today.

If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
To be recognized by your client’s peers in any capacity is award enough

If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Ansel Adams, because of her ground breaking photography work

Who inspires you?
My daughter, she keeps me on my toes and exposes my weakness

What are three things on your bucket list?
See my daughter grow up
National Geographic Photographic expedition
Go to Iceland for a few months

If you had an enormous yacht, what would you name it?
Frank

If you could foresee a single day of your future in its entirety, what date would you select?
Not to be too dark but the day I die. It would be good to know, to make sure all the hugs I could give that day would be given.

What are you passionate about?
Photography,nature, travel, and my family

What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
Everyday is a good one, I couldn't possibly choose just one.

What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Being paid for the things I love to do.

Where is your favourite place to dine in Kelowna? What do you like about it?
There are many things that I like…what I like about it? They serve me food and drink what else do you need.

What is your favourite activity or event in Kelowna? Why?
Exploring the nature and environment

What is your mission?
To capture moments and create an artistic viewpoint producing images to exceed the viewer and clients expectations

If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
Work fulltime for National Geographic and be paid

Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
Keep working and continue to increase my skills and learning

Who do you consider to be a forerunner within your field?
Peter Lik seems to be making a lot of money doing what he loves to do

What three qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
Creativity, professionalism and quality

What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
I would be talking to myself. Is that normal?

How does your business/organization impact the community?
I hope that my images make a difference by helping create an connective emotion in the viewer, whether it be in fine art or commercial photography

If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
Industry or people would not make a difference you can learn from everyone. What I would say is “nobody freak out”.

If I could change one thing about Kelowna, it would be:
I do not think there is much to change…

What do you think makes Kelowna great?
The environment, the ability to have so much recreation in such close proximity
