If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Gordon Ramsay - he's such a successful man in so many ways. We would love to be able to sit and have dinner with him and pick his brain!
If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
Not sure - we've never really thought too much about awards, although we were nominated for Best of Kelowna this year.
If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose?
Julia Child - she seemed like such an interesting woman! And besides, butter is better!
Who inspires you?
Guy Fieri - he seems to have so much fun in life. We would love to be able to have that much fun while we work!
What are three things on your bucket list?
1) Own a food truck
2) Go skydiving
3) Go on a food tour of the world
Please tell us about a defining moment in your life
Our lives totally changed when we welcomed our son, Gabriel, into the world in January. Brianna got very sick and he had to be delivered early. We live in the moment even more now!
If you had an enormous yacht, what would you name it?
SS Minnow
If you could foresee a single day of your future in its entirety, what date would you select?
September 1, 2062 - our 50th wedding anniversary. It would be great to see what our lives are like.
What are you passionate about?
Food and sharing it with our friends and family. We love testing recipes on them although we don't think they mind!
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
The day we got married! It was so much fun. We wish we could do it again!
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Starting our company and watching it grow year after year. We have a lot of fun when we cook and it's so nice that we have been able to turn something we are passionate about and love to do together into a business!

What is your mission?
To provide fresh, local, and delicious food to suit our clients tastes and budget.
If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
Open a restaurant that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
We want to own a food truck and be a part of all of the great events and festivals that our valley has to offer.
What three qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
Passion, great customer service, and adaptability. We want our clients to have the best possible event and not have to worry about any of the details, not matter how big or small the event is.
What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
THANK YOU!!! We couldn't do any of what we do without you.
How does your business/organization impact the community?
We try to get as many ingredients from local suppliers as possible. We also partner with some charities (GenNext Kelowna, United Way CSO, and Smile for BC) to assist them with fundraisers.
What makes you successful? Tell us about it.
We are constantly trying to adapt and push our limits and try something new. We also offer a range of services that help our our clients to put their focus onto other things related to their event.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
Food Industry and Marketing experts. We would talk to them about our current business and what our goals are for the future and see what kind of suggestions they have for us to be successful!
If I could change one thing about Kelowna, it would be:
Food truck permitting - it would be great if we could create a culture around it like some larger centers.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
Our local bounty! We have so many amazing, quality products at our fingertips from wonderful farmers and phenomenal wineries. We are so lucky to have all of this in our backyard!
