Rick Mercer Pokes Fun at New Tobogganing Laws

Of course Rick Mercer would do a piece on the tobogganing bylaws.

Much of Canada isn't impressed with new bylaws across the country forbidding tobogganing, and Mercer was ready to add a bit of fun to the discussion. Filled with toboggan sirens and tough talk to young “perps”, the undercover toboggan cops Upton and Downey are ready to hit the hills and make some arrests.
