Kelowna RCMP are warning the public about a man who allegedly tried to lure a young boy on Thursday.
On February 26th at around 2:30 p.m., an unknown boy approached a 10-year-old Kelowna boy who was riding his scooter in the area near Springvalley Elementary School, near Gramiak Road and Mary Court.
The man asked the boy if he wanted to talk, saying his house was just down the street. Though the boy ignored him, the man asked if they could meet later. This suspect is believed to be seen in the area of Springvalley Elementary School and Springvalley Middle School earlier that day, and he was last seen going east on Saskatoon Road.
