This 18-year-old, 6’1” player is a left hand shot who played at the junior A elite level in Switzerland last season as well as in Team Switzerland’s Under-18 program. He played 38 games with his club team in Zug, Switzerland, scoring 11 goals with 10 assists and 54 penalty minutes. Thurkauf also played 32 games with the Swiss Under-18 team, with four goals, nine assists, and 68 penalty minutes.
