There’s a certain craving that can only be truly satisfied by the taste of a fresh, juicy burger. Luckily, there are tons of places in Kelowna that offer delicious burgers for the public to enjoy. Here are three of Kelowna’s best burgers, as voted by you!
Central Kitchen & Bar has quickly become known in Kelowna as a great place to grab a drink, socialize and order a delicious burg.
“At the end of the day, it's creativity that makes our burgers exceptional. The product is obviously huge and the flavours and profiles that we put together, but the creative nature behind that is essentially what, I think, led us to win Gold,” said Jared Lee, founder of Central Kitchen & Bar.
“When you break it down to the foundation of salty, sweet and savoury and you put things together it's amazing what your tastebuds will tell you when you bite into it.”
Another interesting twist that helps Central Kitchen & Bar’s burgers stand out are their Celebrity burgers. Every weekend, Central offers the chance to someone in the community to design a burger to go on the menu. KelownaNow was pretty excited when we were asked to join in, and we created our very own “Stuff that Matters” burger!
Central Kitchen & Bar is no stranger to Best of Kelowna, having won an impressive seven medals in the past three years.
If you’ve never tried a Five Guys burger, you’re missing out! This restaurant chain has got it nailed after creating handcrafted burgers and fries since 1986, and although your order will be ready quickly, it doesn’t taste like your typical fast food joint.
Five Guys Burger & Fries took home Gold in Best of Kelowna for the last three years, so you know it must be good!
Cactus Club Cafe is a Kelowna hotspot for good service, great drinks and even better food - including their burgers. With the new downtown location, you can enjoy your burg with a side of fries and a lovely view of the lake! It doesn’t get much better than that.
There’s no doubt that Cactus Club Cafe is making their mark in the Best of Kelowna scene, taking home three medals this year alone.
