Most of us enjoy a good cup of coffee (or five) to get us through the day. So, where are Kelowna’s favourite places to get their caffeine fix?
From Bliss Bakery to the Marmalade Cat Cafe to Giobean Coffee, there were lots of great nominations for places to get caffeinated in the city.
But, these are Kelowna’s top three!
The gold goes to… Bean Scene Coffee Works!
Starting in 2002 with their iconic Bernard Avenue location, they now have several cozy places to enjoy their hand roasted coffee.
With six different locations for Kelowna’s coffee lovers to visit, including up at the ski resort, this popular shop has won the hearts of caffeine addicts across the city.
Nestled on Pandosy Avenue in downtown Kelowna, Pulp Fiction Coffee House is a well known local spot to get cozy with exceptional beverages and eats.
Not only do locals love the coffee, there’s also plenty of unique books and antiques to check out that owner Max Sloan collected before opening the shop.
Winning bronze is Canoe Coffee Roasters! A specialty coffee roaster and cafe, they specialize in small lot specialty grade coffees from around the world.
Last year they opened up their first retail location after their portable coffee shop gained popularity in Kelowna. The quaint space is a great place to chill out and there’s no doubt as to why it’s a popular hangout spot. Check them out at 1176 High Road!
Other nominees in this category included The Flour Bean, DOJA Culture Cafe, Third Space Coffee, Kootenay Coffee, Giobean Coffee, Bliss Bakery and Bistro, and Marmalade Cat Cafe.
