Jessica is Kelowna’s prenatal & postnatal fitness specialist. She runs mom & baby fitness classes 5 days a week in various locations, indoors and outdoors in Kelowna. Expectant mothers also join the classes, as some are prenatal friendly. A variety of non-mom & baby classes are also offered.
