Like the superheroes they are, that's when Kelowna's best fitness trainers fly into action and design the perfect program for every individual to feel great about their body.
While there is certainly no shortage of amazing fitness trainers the city, these are Kelowna's top three as voted by you!
Roz is well known throughout Kelowna for her sage wisdom and kick-ass workouts!
She also works with multiple local organizations such as the November Project and Kelowna Pride.
Taking the silver medal is Kelowna’s prenatal & postnatal fitness specialist!
Jessica runs mom & baby fitness classes five days a week in Kelowna.
She also founded the 'April Project' which raises money from fitness bootcamps for families with sick children.
Keith is an integral part of Kelowna's fitness community and to no surprise has been voted into the top three!
Residents may recognize Keith from this summer's massive outdoor yoga class or Oranj Fitness.
