If there's one thing that Moka Only's known for, more than his emcee and production abilities, it's his almost unfathomable work rate. In nearly two decades of rapping, the Victoria, BC native has released over 50 albums, worked under multiple aliases - including Ron Contour, The Durable Mammal and Flow Torch - and collaborated with the likes of J Dilla and MF Doom. He's also been a part of several groups, including Code Name: Scorpion, The Dominant Mammals, Cryptic Souls Crew and most notably the platinum selling Swollen Members, which he co-founded and named. It's no wonder they call him "The Most Prolific." To Moka Only, though, that work rate doesn't seem like a big deal."I don't think there's anything special about it," he says "I don't see why it's such a difficult thing for artists to grasp. I hear other people say "How do you do it?" How do you not do it? Music's my only job."
Moka Only started first fell in love with hip-hop in middle school. He says there was "nothing else like" the music and culture. He quickly began rapping and writing graffiti, but says he didn't really take it particularly seriously until he was in his late teens. It was then that he opted to put down the spray can and start rhyming full time.
In 1995, Moka Only co-founded the Swollen Members after returning to Canada following a stint in San Diego. (He came up with the name in a Denny's, because he liked the double entendre.) That said, he soon left the group to work on his solo material. While Only may have an almost mind blowing number of releases under his belt, his commercial peak came when he re-joined the Swollen Members in 2002. The group won multiple Junos and several number one hits. In 2005, Only left the group again, concerned that it was taking time away from his solo work.

Brandon "Dezine" Lindstrom is a Canadian Hip-Hop Artist, Producer, and Engineer who has certainly made his mark in the industry. As the founder of CRTV ("Creative"), his every waking moment is devoted to Hip-Hop and the mutual progression of everyone who shares the passion. Dezine has performed all over Western Canada, spreading his passion to speak honestly while also touching on personal subject matter. By blending his unique style with inspired beat choices, he produces an original sound that acts as the perfect platform to tell his story. It is clear that Dezine has much more in store, and is certainly an artist to keep up with. Always remember to stay humble, and stay #CRTV.

JAWS is a young, up and coming artist rapping out’ve Kelowna by way of Saskatoon. Born and raised in Saskatoon he got into rap in the 12th grade (2011).There was a instant connection between the artist and the craft which made rhyming feel like it was meant to be, and he has been love with his art ever since. From parking lot cyphers to street corner battles on broadway, emcee competitions the natural ability was evident as his freestyle game has always been a sort of "calling card” but his music for the first couple years was lacking. Recording sparingly over a couple years JAWS was a raw spitter but was the furthest thing from a ARTist. Moving to K-Town in late 2013 changed all of that, after the move the growth he experienced personally and spiritually translated into the music. He met Keitz, in early 2014 at one of the first Cypher Sundays and things took off front there. JAWS was brought into the Rowdy Barn Family and the support from the whole team did wonders for him as an artist and the potential thats he’s always shown flashes of is finally starting to produce. He has a couple projects in the works but his debut mixtape (will be everything BUT your average “mixtape”) will be dropping early next year. If you appreciate someone who’s come into their own as a person and is true to the craft, you’re gunna love what JAWS has in store for the future.
