FESTIVAL OF TREES CELEBRATION
Mission Hill Family Estate is proud to announce a new community partnership with the BC Children's Hospital Foundation to host Kelowna's 'Festival of Trees' celebration. This holiday event will unite local businesses with the community for an important cause - to raise much-needed funds for BC Children's Hospital. The event will run from November 24th, 2017 to January 5th, 2018.
This holiday season Mission Hill will be transformed into an enchanted forest of brilliantly decorated trees highlighting the wonderful fragrances and magnificent colours of the season. Local residents and guests to the region are invited to visit the winery to view the holiday display and make a donation to vote for their favourite trees. All funds raised will go directly to the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.
Tree Lighting Ceremony - Friday, November 24th, 2017:
The local community, tree sponsors and the media are invited to attend a special Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, November 24th, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, with the official Tree Lighting taking place at 6:00 pm. Guests will enjoy a festive holiday reception with family-friendly entertainment and delicacies, including mulled wine, hot chocolate and cookies.
