2018-10-13 17:00:00 2018-10-13 22:00:00 America/Vancouver FORK & SPOON GALA 9 chefs, 9 courses, 1 warehouse #jointhefoodmovement An event in support of the Central Okanagan Community Food Bank, Fermented Dining, along with 9 of the top chefs in the Okanagan and the Okanagan Chefs Association are teaming up for an amazing night at the new Central Okanagan Community Food Bank facility. The participating Chefs will create a multi-course plated tasting menu using only ingredients that are the Food Bank currently has on hand, and will cook the entire dinner on site. It will be an incredibly unique experience, and one we hope you will all join us for. Chefs: Chef Adam Relvas, of Relvas Catering and The Sandwich Company By Relvas Catering Chef Alex Lavroff of The Chase Wines + Garden Bistro Chef Jeremy Luypen of Summerhill Winery, Kelowna, BC Chef Darren Kashin of CRAFT Beer Market - Kelowna Chef Julian Helman of KARAT chocolate kelowna Chef Kai Koroll of 50th Parallel Estate Winery / BLOCK ONE Restaurant Chef Matt Martin of Liquidity Bistro at Liquidity Wines Chef James Holmes of Salt & Brick and Jacks Pizza and Liquor Chef Rob Walker of Big White Ski Resort There will also be several awesome auction items, very special entertainment, and tours of the new food bank facility. 100% of the funds raised will be used in Kelowna to help feed those in need.
