Allan Brooks Nature Centre and The RAPTORS
Allan Brooks Nature Centre is thrilled to present the return of The Raptors from August 25 – September 1st. Tickets are available as of Aug 5th at https://www.ticketseller.ca/tickets/event/the-raptors .
Birds of prey have captivated humans for generations. Often symbols of power, majesty and strength, raptors reign supreme in the skies with the ability to silently ambush the unsuspecting. Their only vulnerability: Human influence. The Raptors “bring people closer to birds of prey, to educate, illuminate and inspire a sense of personal responsibility for the future of both birds of prey and the planet.”
Two presentation styles are available:
A Demonstration-- No direct interaction with raptor birds. Large audience, educational and observational only, with “Festival Seating”. Two time slots available daily.
An Encounter—Close-up interaction with the raptor birds and their handlers. Limited to 6 people (ages 8 and up). Four time slots available daily.
PLEASE NOTE:
***An Encounter ticket also grants attendance at a Demonstration event***
***A Demonstration ticket does NOT permit entry to an Encounter event***
