Collaboration by Design - How to build a collaborative organization from the ground up
Does the culture of your organization support collaboration? Are people fully engaged and bringing their best on a regular basis? Are you losing good people? If you want to find out how to build a collaborative culture that supports true collaboration then this is the session for you!
In this richly experiential workshop you will get to design a collaborative workplace right from the start. You will walk away with a clearly defined process for facilitating your own collaborative design session with your organization, and you will have fun along the way!
Lane Sherman, the facilitator, is the author of the book "The Keys to Collaboration" and has been developing experiential, problem-based learning for over a decade.
The For Leaders Only Workshop Series has been developed specifically for people that are in leadership roles. By limiting attendance to a small number of leaders Lane is able to create a learning environment that builds on what people already know and adds to it in a way that encourages a high level of engagement and the practical, strategic application of content.
