These days, when he's not skiing, playing soccer, or making strange multi-media stories, he avidly pursues the intersection of all his intellectual passions – Information Architecture and U/X Design. James Grieve James is a certified management consultant (CMC) with a can-do approach to business. James is passionate about creating and implementing innovative service experiences that people love, and combines his knowledge of strategy, functional business expertise, and design to do so. He has extensive experience and expertise in working with clients in a variety of industries to develop strategy, enhance brand awareness, generate leads, support sales teams, and grow their business. His strengths are building trust by listening to and connecting with people to quickly address their needs, and focus on defining and enhancing their objectives. His career has been well balanced among management consulting, strategic planning, marketing strategy, project management, B2B and B2C sales, business development, and entrepreneurial management, with a particular emphasis on building, nurturing, and sustaining client relationships. About the Business Smarts Series The Business Smarts Series is a monthly seminar series, alternating between a morning session and a noon session. Held in our boardroom, the smaller group setting allowes for a different style of networking for those looking to get out and meet new members, while leaving with valuable business knowledge from the presentation by an industry professional.
