2019-01-27 19:30:00 2019-01-27 16:00:00 America/Vancouver Comedian Jeremy Hotz’s Dangerously Handsome Tour Stops at the KCT Known for his astute observational comedy, standup comedian Jeremy Hotz hits the road again in 2019 with his brand new Dangerously Handsome tour. Having sold out his last national tour, International Man of Misery two years back, Hotz returns with his constant companion Shackleton the Wonderdog, the world’s smallest service animal. Don’t let Hotz’s good looks fool you, he’s still “the master of misery”. Finding the ugly in the world and turning it into laughs is what makes him tick, and has audiences falling in love with him. In 1997, he performed at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal where he received a standing ovation for his debut performance at the festival’s prestigious television gala. A perennial favourite at the festival, he was voted Best Performer by the Globe and Mail (2005) and Chosen as Best in Fest by the Montreal Gazette (2008). Jeremy’s debut appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman was followed by five appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He has also appeared on Comedy Central with his own half hour special and MTV’s Half Hour Comedy Hour. In addition, he filmed a one hour TV special What A Miserable Show This Is… for CTV. Jeremy has also headlined at HBO’s prestigious comedy festival in Aspen, Colorado. From $45.00 Kelowna Community Theatre 1375 Water St Kelowna, BC V1Y 0B4, Canada events@kelownanow.com
