Taught in 5 full day workshops in Kelowna, this condensed schedule will get you ready to take your exam in 3 months. Individuals will review designing a successful supply chain strategy; effectively managing supplier and customer relationships; recognizing how logistics, technology, and data can enhance performance; and how to seamlessly incorporate all processes to increase customer satisfaction and improve the organization’s bottom line.

- Demand forecasting and effective management techniques
- Effective customer relationship management (CRM)
- Risk, its sources, impacts, and mitigation methods
- Globally dispersed supply and demand, and the effects on logistics
- Fundamentals of supplier relationship management (SRM)
- Implementation of demand plans, including prioritization, fulfillment, and capturing and communicating point-of-sale data
