1969-12-31 19:00:00 1969-12-31 20:00:00 America/Vancouver RePosition RePosition is an 8 week 4 session posture correction workshop series with the doctors of Lighthouse Chiropractic. We have developed the RePosition series to teach our patients and the public what they can do at home to restore their posture. Each attendant receives an initial posture assessment, individualized exercises to correct posture, and on the final week they get a re-assessment to document any postural improvements. The four sessions will be held on April 3rd, April 17th, May 1st, and May 15th between 7:00-8:00pm at the Parkinson Aquatic And Recreation Centre. All 4 sessions are included in the $22 fee, and people must register either with the city through their website https://services.kelowna.ca/onlineregistration/Start/start.asp (course code 153466), in person at the Parkinson Recreation Centre, or by phone at 250-469-8800.
