2017-07-17 18:00:00 2017-07-17 21:00:00 America/Vancouver The BA Project   Join us in honouring the body, mind, and soul through on the mat yoga practice, rad conversation, and community connection. We have paired up with Nine Rising to present The BA Project: a workshop to honour the self in body, mind and soul. Why? Because it's BA (bad a**) to take care of yourself, it's BA to invest in yourself... And most importantly YOU are a bad a**. Our evening will start with a yoga practice led by the amazing yoginis Emilie Mann & Kelly Day, followed by community conversation paired with chocolate fondue and kombucha. This event is a space to turn off the outside noise and tune in to the people around us, to be in the practice of all that fills us up, and create a ripple effect within our community and ourselves. Proceeds of the event will be going to HOPE Okanagan, an outreach program that helps exploited women within our community. Laurel Packinghouse 1304 Ellis St, Kelowna events@kelownanow.com
