Self Defence Workshop
Need Self-Defence?
Local Martial Arts Academy Pacific Top Team Kelowna offers 4 week Self-Defence Courses for women.
This is not your every day self-defence course.
Sarah takes great pride in teaching the participants critical concepts as they learn how to gain strength through technique. ‘This can be for any women, does not matter what age, level of fitness, experience, or even height. If you are ready to learn, then this is for you’.
This course was created out of high demand for Sarah Draht to teach her expertise. She has over a decade of experience competing at the largest tournaments in the world for Jiu-Jitsu along with having worked as a security guard at pubs downtown Kelowna. These experiences, although sometimes challenging, have given her invaluable knowledge that she is excited to share.
‘This is the most informative self-defence course I have ever completed. I feel totally confident I could use these techniques to defend myself and get out of the situation safely, I recommend this to everyone and anyone.’ Said Sherry Tweedie, a graduate of the last course.
The next four part series will be held in March, see www,.pttkelowna.com for more information.
