Daring Way - Living Authentically by Dr. Brené Brown*
Are YOU ready to transform the way you live, love, parent & lead? Well, we have a weekend full of inspiration planned to do just that. Join our Daring WayTM weekend workshop and learn how to: Show Up. Be Seen. Live Brave.TM
*The Daring WayTM is based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown. She is a research professor at the University of Houston, a New York Times bestselling author, and a popular TED speaker. The Daring WayTM weekend workshop will be led by Larcy Dunford, clinical counselor, Kelowna Women in Business Member and Certified Daring WayTM Facilitator. This workshop will be a combination of engaging group discussions, working through Brené’s proprietary workbooks, as well as watching videos presented by Brené herself. Participants will explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that hold us back – and identify new choices and practices that will move us towards more authentic and wholehearted living.
Date & Time:
September 27th – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm (appetizers & refreshments included)
September 28th – 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (lunch, snacks & refreshments included)
