QB Gelato Behind the Scenes
Bring your friends and join us in QB's kitchen for an informative and fun-filled evening with Gelato Master Victor. Our class is set-up around our Kitchen Island, every guest has a great view, and has the opportunity to interact and ask questions.
Here's a brief overview of what we cover during QB "Behind the Scenes":
•Differences between gelato, ice cream and sorbets.
•Our inspirations for flavours and ingredients.
•How we make our QB gelato.
•Participate in the gelato making process.
Of course you'll be tasting some of our ingredients, our delicious gelato and sorbet throughout the evening. And as a special gift, we'll send you home with a ½ litre of gelato and/or sorbet. Immediately following the making of a batch of gelato the class will enjoy a hand-crafted dessert presented with the gelato made in class. An opportunity to taste and experience what has been made during the class.
