Participants will explore how various First Nations give thanks through gatherings, ceremonies and feasting. Particular attention will be paid to local syilx (Okanagan) practices. This online workshop will include the origins of Thanksgiving, agricultural practices of First Nations, the Four Food Chiefs, and a craft activity.
