It’s quite simple, most of society has Not been taught about the basic fundamentals of their subconscious, which rules 90%+ of our actions, behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. When we attempt to change, we begin to use our will power but with will power there is a start and a finish to willpower. Everyone is already an expert at using their subconscious, knowing the basics of how our subconscious operates will allow for a way easier and successful transformation or personal change. In today's society, over and over again, the majority of time I see people fighting against themselves using 5-10% of their conscious mind to fight the other 90-95% of their subconscious mind, It simply doesn't work. The goal is to succeed in personal change / transformation long term if not permanently, or at least until you decide to change again. Doing good for about 2-4 weeks and then ending up right back where you started, sometimes worst off feeling defeat is definitely not ideal. There are simple principles to know so you can succeed at any personal change or transformation. You are not set in stone. You are way more malleable than you think.
