Put on your apron and join us at your own hands-on culinary workstation. Chef Jas will guide you through each recipe, sharing her tips and tricks for creating authentic Indian flavours and techniques for making delicious, restaurant-quality dishes at home. You'll start with a flavourful Chicken Kadhai and then move on to a delicious Chana Masala, perfect for vegetarian cooking. And of course, no Indian meal would be complete without freshly made roti! As you cook, you'll learn valuable techniques for creating flavorful dry curries and vegetarian dishes.
