If you can walk and move your hands, you can Square Dance. One 2-hour session will give you 10,000 steps. Every dance you dance with 7 other people. The mind, body, spirit connection is incredible. Our caller/teacher is a young 27 year old who has us dancing to all kinds of music from Golden Oldies to Lady Gaga & Michael Buble.
