SOURCED: a pop up dinner at Claremont Ranch Organics
Join me for a night of edible storytelling under the stars, as I team up with Giro Okanagan for our first bike tour followed by pop up dinner. As two storytellers, you'll get to ride through our story about the Okanagan, as well as eat it!
Featuring an intimate long table amongst Claremont Ranch Organics' pear orchard, the 4-course menu by Aman Dosanj is inspired by the seasons, as well as Molly and Matt, our host organic farmers.
Arrive at Claremont Ranch Organics at 1:00 PM for a fully supported 3-hour guided bike tour of Lake Country by Gord Hotchkiss and Giro Okanagan (this is an easy ride, just 16km with two fairly gentle climbs). The experience including a few farm stops along the way to give you some clues for the surprise menu that awaits, a little history about the agriculture in this region, plus a winery stop at Ex Nihilo.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email aman@paisleynotebook.com. This event features a set menu, which won't be shared until each course is up. A little request is for you to contact Aman with allergies before purchasing tickets (please and thank you).

Arrive at Claremont Ranch Organics for 1:00 PM. Bike tour starts promptly at 1:30 PM
All riders must be 19+
Please bring your own bike and helmet - the cost of the ticket does not include bike rental, but Giro Okanagan can arrange a bike rental for $35 per bike for the afternoon. This must be arranged at least one week priot to the ride (contact info@girookanagan.com)
All riders will be asked to sign a liability waiver from Giro Okanagan
The menu includes a 4-course Indian-inspired menu as well as 2 alcohol beverages - additional drinks are available to purchase with our cash bar
