Kelowna Walk for ALS
The WALK for ALS is the largest volunteer led fundraiser for ALS across the country. The WALK for ALS is about local communities coming together to raise funds and celebrate hope for a future without ALS. Funds received support the ALS Society's vision: supporting Canadians living with ALS and investing in research to make ALS a treatable, not terminal disease.
The Kelowna Walk begins at 10:30am with registration by the Dolphin's Statue. Actually walk start is 11:30am, following the lake path to the bridge and back. Approximately a 5km walk.
Please visit http://events.alsbc.ca/site/TR?fr_id=1160&pg=entry to register and start raising funds for this truly worthwhile cause.
