Kelowna Downtown Y will be opening its doors for free to community members all day on Thursday, September 13 to celebrate its 1st birthday. It will be serving up goodies from local businesses including Glow Juicery as well as other refreshments throughout the morning and early afternoon. Sun FM will be live on location giving away sweet swag, a cake cutting ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m. and the YMCA will be giving away a one-year membership. Join them for a free class, enjoy your own workout routine, or tour the facility and see how they can help you achieve your health goals.
