Going Wild at the EECO
We’re ‘Going Wild at the EECO’ and Central Okanagan youth are welcome to join us!
This is a perfect activity to fill that afternoon void. During the hour long program, there’s a hand-on activity designed to teach students of any age about a new nature theme each session. It’s free and there’s no need to register, just drop in and have fun!
Thursday, August 25th – Today’s activities are all about the ‘Kokanee’ as we explore the land-locked cousin of the Sockeye salmon.
The one hour program begins at 3:00 pm in the Environmental Education Centre for the Okanagan located in Mission Creek Regional Park, Springfield and Durnin Roads
For more information about this or other Regional Park programs please visit the Regional District website regionaldistrict.com/parksevents or contact the EECO at 250-469-6140.
