2017-07-25 18:30:00 2017-07-25 20:30:00 America/Vancouver Valley First Community Music Tuesday: Funk/R&B We present live concerts and other arts-based activities throughout July and August in many of Kelowna's most unique outdoor venues from North Glenmore, to Rutland, East Kelowna, downtown, the Mission, Kettle Valley, and Black Mountain. Parks Alive! produces over 50 events each year, primarily in the summer months,  throughout many of Kelowna’s parks and public spaces. Entertainment is family-friendly and suitable for people of all ages and tastes. Performers range from local artists to world-class professionals, performing in a variety of musical genres and styles. 6:30 Moni Funk Trio (Disco Funk, 3pc) 7:30 Floyd Meets Brown (Funk, 4pc) Be sure to visit the Valley First events tent to play some fun games and for your chance to win prizes! And visit the Kelowna Heritage Museum's tent to hear about some of the history that makes up (and extends far past!) our 150 years! Events are free but you can show your support for Parks Alive! by donating onsite. Each donation gives you a chance to a win a cool door prize from one of our community supporters!
