2015-11-29 13:00:00 2015-11-29 15:00:00 America/Vancouver 2nd Annual MADD Victims' Candlelight Vigil for Victims/Survivors of Impaired Driving Victims and survivors of impaired driving crashes, along with family, friends and the general public, are invited to attend our 2nd Annual MADD Victims’ Candlelight Vigil on Sunday, Nov 29th. We will gather at the Laurel Packinghouse, 1304 Ellis Street, Kelowna, between 1:00-3:00 p.m. to remember, honour and support those who have been killed or injured by this violent crime. Special guests include MADD Canada’s National President Angeliki Souranis, West Kelowna Mayor Doug Findlater and Dr. Heather McEachern of Kelowna Psychologists Group. Attendees are welcome to bring a framed photo of their loved one, or themself if injured, for display and may also prepare a tribute to read if they wish. Refreshments will follow the ceremony.
