We will be tasting 2012 through 2017 and may even be pouring our very first vintage of our off-dry Riesling to finish off the tasting experience. Our Dry Riesling features classic slate characteristics with green apples and bright acidity. The perfect pairing includes olives, sharp cheeses, pork loin and of course our signature pairing of Miss Vickie’s Salt & Vinegar chips. $10 per person Don’t forget to check out our neighbours on the Fab Five trail as they will also be tasting some great wines.
