Persian Vegan Cooking will offer you: 
30 minutes of sampling and introduction to Persian herbs and spices
One hour of introduction to Persian cooking, instruction and demo on making a Persian meal
One hour of social, conversation and enjoying a 4-course meal
Menu:
Appetizer with flatbread,
Vegan meal, 
salad, 
Vegan Desert
The meal is gluten-free, Please let us know if you are following a special diet.
When: November 15th 5:30-8: 00 pm
Where: Central Okanagan Heritage Society at 2279 Benvoulin Road
Cost: $50 per person - introductory price-
First, 12 people who pay and sign up will get the special price of $90 for 2
