You will be guided through a sequence of energizing asanas (poses) safely and systematically by a highly qualified and internationally certified Iyengar yoga teacher. We welcome all ages and abilities; however, this class is not suitable for young children. Come and enjoy an invigorating morning of mindfulness. All mats and props are supplied in our fully equipped yoga studio. Arrive early to secure your spot. This class is on a first come, first serve basis. (No pre-registration.)
