2nd Annual BC Bacon & Cider Festival
The 2nd Annual BC Bacon & Cider Festival is a showcase of some of the Okanagan Valley’s greatest gifts: great-tasting apples and pears, creative cider crafting, and inspired food pairings.
Join us for a fabulous evening featuring BC's very-best craft cideries pouring samples of their newest, tastiest ciders. Pair that with incredible bacon-inspired dishes prepared and served by Okanagan College Culinary Arts students. And take it all in at Kelowna’s beautiful and historic Laurel Packinghouse, in the downtown core at the centre of the Okanagan Valley.
We’ve teamed up with Chef Bernard Casavant and his culinary students at Okanagan College to design a variety of appetizer-size portions of starters, salads, mains, even desserts – all inspired by bacon! The students will be planning, preparing, and presenting their creations at the festival.
The Okanagan College Culinary Arts Student Learners Award Fund is our charitable partner for this festival.
