2018-07-28 17:00:00 2018-07-28 20:30:00 America/Vancouver SOURCED: a pop up dinner @ Caldwell Heritage Farm 'Sourced' is a farm-to-table dinner series created by Aman Dosanj and The Paisley Notebook that is re-imagining what it means to eat with hyper-local dinners that tell one edible story at a time. The pop up series made the Top 3 in the 'Remarkable Experience' category at the BC Tourism Industry Awards earlier this year, too. Join me on Saturday, 28 July for a night of edible storytelling at Caldwell Heritage Farm in South East Kelowna. Meet Kristi and James Caldwell, go on a farm tour, be introduced to the soon-to-be-open Wiseacre Farm Distillery, then feast on 4 Indian-inspired courses which is all about 'family'. There will be a cash bar serving up a farm-focused cocktail, small lot Okanagan wines and BC craft beers. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian - please note the menu will feature CHF's beautiful free-range eggs), please email aman@paisleynotebook.com. This event features a set menu, which won't be shared until each course is up (I like surprises). Arrive at 5:00 PM for a 5:30 PM farm tour, followed by a menu inspired by Caldwell Heritage Farm and friends (please and thank you). @paisleynotebook | facebook.com/paisleynotebook | paisleynotebook.com Caldwell Heritage Farm 4275 Goodison Road events@kelownanow.com
