Deliciously Plant-based Community Potluck
Invite family and friends, and come for a fun evening of fantastically delicious food and great fellowship. Bring your favourite plant-based dish (enough to feed 8 people), share your recipes and insights on eating healthy, and make new friends at this monthly community potluck at Rutland Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Bring your own utensils, plate, cup, and serving utensils to lessen clean-up time afterward and help us be more environmentally friendly!
PLEASE NOTE: Peanut allergy is common and potentially life threatening. Please be sure your recipe is peanut free so that everyone can eat safely. Also, this is a healthy, whole foods, plant-based potluck, so the following animal-based ingredients should be excluded: meat, chicken, fish, seafood, eggs, gelatin, lard, chicken stock, beef bouillon, honey, cow’s milk/cheese/yogurt. Email us if you would like suggestions for substitutions for those ingredients.
