SMART Recovery is a scientifically based secular addiction recovery program. SMART focuses on rational-emotive behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to assist those suffering from addictive behavior gain and maintain motivation, provide tools and peer support and ultimately live a balanced addiction free life. At meetings we demonstrate recovery tools, discuss how they apply to real world situations and allow a judgment free environment to share any stories, problems or struggles you are having dealing with your addiction or problems that have been caused by your addiction. Meetings are drop-in, free and confidential. If you're struggling with any kind of addiction we're here to help.
