Time Management and Stress: Tips and Strategies to Get Yourself Back on Track
In this presentation, we will talk about ways we let time management get away from us and how it
creates unnecessary feelings of stress. What does this look like in our lives? What can we do about it?
We will discuss easy-to-access tips and strategies to help us tackle the issues that lead to stress and
all of the ways it impacts our health and our relationships. We can reduce our stress in more long term
ways than a hot weather vacation... but those are nice too!
Irene Spelliscy is a Registered Psychologist in both British Columbia and Alberta. She has worked with
children, teens, adults, and families on issues ranging from learning disabilities and communication
strategies to posttraumatic stress disorder and bereavement. She currently works in private practice in
Kelowna providing assessments and clinical counselling to a variety of individuals.
