Kelowna Taiwanese Cultural Society invites you and your family to watch a free movie: Long Time No Sea on the Culture Days weekend. Saturday September 28th anyone who lives in the Okanagan can enjoy a family friendly movie, based on a real story about Taiwanese indigenous family, tradition, and culture heritage, and also a little boy’s courage and his quest for self discovery. The first 20 people come to the theater on that day will also get a package of drink and Taiwanese appetizer. The movie just won the 2019 Seattle International Film Festival SPECIAL JURY PRIZE.
