Canadian Tai Chi Academy Beginner Class
Revitalize, rejuvenate and renew yourself in 2018 with an introduction to Tai Chi, an ancient practice used by millions over the centuries to improve balance, focus and overall health.
Join the Canadian Tai Chi Academy for an open house on January 10, 2018 to find out more.
The open house will feature Tai Chi demonstrations, a short introduction to the exercises, and information about Canadian Tai Chi Academy classes in Kelowna.
Our Beginner classes take place at two locations:
- Kees Tae Kwon Do (209 - 1891 Springfield Road) on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 to 10:15 a.m.
- Ukrainian Orthodox Church Hall (1935A Barlee Road) on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
All practitioners of the internal arts taught by Moy Lin-Shin are welcome to join our classes.
