Directly Affected: Pipeline Under Pressure tells the stories of people impacted by the Trans Mountain Pipeline Project, the broken National Energy Board review process used to approve the pipeline, Canada’s commitments at the Paris Climate Talks and the innovators working towards the low-carbon economy. There will be a discussion following the screening with Grand Chief Stewart Phillip from the Okanagan Nation Alliance participating.
The screening is hosted by First United Church and Amnesty International: Kelowna Group. Admission is by donation. Preregistering on Eventbrite is not required but will help us plan for seating.
