Yoga, Mediation, Live Music At The View, Followed By Wine & Cider Tasting!
Buddha Beats Yoga is BACK!!! Join us for our very special event inside the barrel room at The View Winery. Please note if there are more than 6 people we will move to a different area due to space. We will start our event in the beautiful barrel room. Certified yoga instructor Courtney Mclean will guide you through a relaxing yoga class, while S.E Elliott will be serenading us with his amazing voice and strumming his guitar. Allow yourself to let go of your thoughts and let the music float you into your tranquil meditative state.
This class is about relaxing and letting go. We will move very slowly a moving meditation with the breath. Watery, fluid, rhythmic, simple, sweet movements. We will end this class with a guided meditation to melt away any stress from the last few months.
After class, we will be enjoying an array of wines and ciders.
NOTE the building is a 100 years old dress warm and bring a blanket so you can fully relax and zen out!
