Upon your arrival at the winery, you will get a glass of bubbly as you walk down through the vineyard to an extraordinary view. The very amazing, talented S.E Elliot will be playing his guitar in the vineyard, while certified instructor Aleena McKinnon with buddha beats yoga guides you through a wonderful yoga class overlooking Okanagan Lake. This class is about relaxing and letting go. We will move very slowly a moving meditation with the breath. Watery, fluid, rhythmic, simple, sweet movements to the strum of Elliott's guitar. After class, we will enjoy an array of wines to keep you hydrated throughout the day. All levels welcome. We recommend bringing your yoga mat. Ticket price: $35.00 tax included.
