“Seussical the Musical” – A KCS Drama Production
What do you get when you cross a Broadway musical with the writings of Dr. Seuss? Well a Seussical, of course! Join us for a fantastical, magical, musical adventure with Dr. Seuss’ lovable Horton the Elephant, as he hears a Who and tries to save young JoJo and his planet - “the tiniest planet in the sky” - from a world of cynics. Horton’s troubles are doubled when he must guard an abandoned egg left in his care by the irresponsible, Mayzie La Bird. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant.
Join us for this year’s Annual High School Drama Production of “Seussical” showing every evening at 7:00pm from March 2 – 4th, 2017 in the Anne Rauser Hall at the Kelowna Christian School Middle & High School campus (2870 Benvoulin Road). Can’t make it in the evening? No problem, grab the whole family and join us for the Saturday matinee at 2pm.
Don’t miss out on this great, family friendly show! Coffee and goodies will be available for your enjoyment too. All proceeds from the evening will benefit the KCS Performing Arts Department to allow KCS students future opportunities to perform dramatic and musical productions for our local community.
